Lot 9A 10th Ave NE Conover, NC 28613

Listing details for Lot 9A 10th Ave NE, Conover, NC 28613 : Cleared, level corner lot in Spencer Road Park. Contains a well house and storage tank for a community well serving houses in the subdivision, so lot cannot be built on. In order to provide clearance for well, a 100' cleared radius must be maintained around the well for structures, but the lot can be used for recreational purposes. AquaNC maintains the well. Recorded easement for perpetual access to well exists for as long as the neighborhood uses the well. Should city water be provided to the community and the well abandoned, the easement will become invalid and the well can be removed and the lot can then be built on. Motivated seller.
