Listing details for 908 Taylor St, Kannapolis, NC 28083 : Great opportunity! Versatile floorplan lets you decide – kitchen open to the dining area, 2 additional living areas, one might be able to be converted into a bedroom with the addition of a closet. Full of “Kannapolis character” – with beautiful original doors, built in cabinets, etc. A lot of love and laughter has happened here over the years, and you can put your “updating touch” on it now! Workshop must be seen –they don’t build them like this anymore. Great for almost anything – woodworking, crafting, hobbies, clubhouse! Plus a tool shed for the garden stuff, bikes, etc, so you can keep those organized and separate! We were unable to find building permits for any of the work done over the years, and we don’t know if the units in the workshop are functional. Seller believes there may be an old unused septic tank in the bank yard, from before the property was connected to city sewer. This is a unique opportunity that doesn’t come up very often, come have a look!
