8740 Sardis Rd Charlotte, NC 28270

Listing details for 8740 Sardis Rd, Charlotte, NC 28270 : Rare Opportunity!! Situated on almost an acre wooded lot this property has a lot of perks and tons of potential. Set back off the road the house is private with banks of windows looking out to the trees. A mountain retreat feel yet minutes from Matthews, Southpark and the Arboretum. This California Contemporary is a modified split level with a full above grade lower level. The living area is filled with light and has a vaulted ceiling. There are two bedrooms and large bathroom situation that is ripe for a remodel or reconfiguration. Off the back is a private screen porch with a hot tub and sauna. The owners converted the downstairs to their master suite but it could easily be a family room, bedroom and bath. So many options!! My favorite thing is the "Mac-Daddy" garage! 4 bays - Clear Span this is perfect for collectors, work shop or both! There is a huge one bedroom guest quarters/inlaw suite above the garage. House has Geothermal heat and air and Apartment has new HVAC system.
