874 Davis Dr Chester, SC 29706

Listing details for 874 Davis Dr, Chester, SC 29706 : 8.8 +/- acres of wooded land with a beautiful pond directly behind the MUSC Chester Medical Center. This R-2 zoned parcel is just minutes from the main shopping district in Chester and about 15 minutes from I-77 or the Giti tire plant area. This property is just waiting to be redeveloped with either a new house or total renovation of the existing abandoned brick home overlooking the lake. There is a second site closer to Davis Drive where a mobile home was located and has an old water line and old septic in place. It is undetermined if either site has suitable septic or well for a new structure. It's hard to find a property with such a beautiful pond that is also a perfect build site for your new home. The county water line is available on the road as are other utilities. The parcel has over 330 feet of road frontage and needs a new owner to restore this secluded lot to it's original beauty.
