8714 Brookgreen Dr Mint Hill, NC 28227

Listing details for 8714 Brookgreen Dr, Mint Hill, NC 28227 : Highly desirable Mint Hill location, 28 acres tucked behind Glencroft would make an ideal private estate or subdivision. Flat to hilly terrain with mature hardwood tree forest and meandering creek. Potential access via three existing roads. Easy access to I-485 & Charlotte. Conceptual subdivision layout with 24 lots provided by current owner (not submitted for approval). Recent preliminary soil testing report available. Parcel under Mint Hill ETJ. Zoned R (Residential) and subject to Mint Hill’s Unified Development Ordinance. With city water available (no sewer, septic systems required), minimum lot size is 30,000 sq ft. Mint Hill may allow possible proposed road “exceptions” in order to maintain "consistency" with the design of existing Glencroft subdivision roads (no curbs or gutters) while adhering to current construction standards. For a smaller development of no more than 4 homes, shared driveway “Easement lots” would be possible eliminating need for “road construction”.
