7644 Skyline Dr Sherrills Ford, NC 28673

Listing details for 7644 Skyline Dr, Sherrills Ford, NC 28673 : When you buy your lake home, make sure you are focusing on what is important- the WATER! This property has some of the best water available. A large open body of water area, just off the main channel. It is a cove, but it is a huge cove, not a glorified creek. You can paddleboard, learn to ski or just enjoy a peaceful evening on your dock without all the noise, traffic, and waves of being on the main channel throughway. Because the area is off the main channel, you save yourself the wear and tear of the wake action on your dock, boat, and shoreline. The back of the home faces east and the dock is on the west shore, which means beautiful sunrises and the hot summer sun is on the opposite side of the house! The lot is fabulous, with a gentle slope, and easy to navigate to the water's edge, with no steep climb or 100 stairs! The boat shed allows you to easily store all your lake paraphernalia close to the water, not lug it back & forth from the house. A fully permitted dock is in place.
