714 N Weldon St Gastonia, NC 28052

Listing details for 714 N Weldon St, Gastonia, NC 28052 : Check out this mid-century home, it consists of 3 Beds and 1 Bath on the main level. Kitchen and Living Room is also on the main level. Basement is finished however, ceilings are under 7' so it can't be counted as HLA. Basement consists of Den, Rec Room, and 3 more Bedrooms. Windows in basement bedrooms do not meet current egress code for length and width. Waiting confirmation from NCREC how to correctly market bedrooms. Comment below is from Canopy MLS. We will change if necessary. "You might want to confirm with the NCREC on the best way to represent the rooms. However, it sounds like if these bedrooms are described in the Public Remarks as not meeting HLA requirements and not having emergency egress, then they can be counted in the total (as long as they meet the rest of the definition), and that would not be considered an MLS rules violation."
