Listing details for 6256 Sharon Hills Rd, Charlotte, NC 28210 : Follow the long drive up to the top of the gentle hill and you will discover a French Baroque estate, hidden on three private wooded acres in SouthPark's oldest neighborhood. Implementing timeless elements of design, Frank Smith created a house that is as comfortable as it is stunning. With the help of Joyner~Benfield and the late John Byrd, the owners preserved the natural landscape surrounding the house's more formal gardens. The symmetry of the house is reflected in its balanced placement of the pool, its patio and terraces. Elegant gas lanterns, decorative wall fountains, arched French doors, natural stones, romantic covered porches- everything is just enough and not too much. This special residence looks like it has been here for a long time, a rare find and a special opportunity.
