Listing details for 620 Olive Branch St, Marshville, NC 28103 : Come bring your imagination to this once glorious home. Unfortunately it has fallen to a state of disrepair but it is ripe for your healing touch. The property is adjoined on all sides by land owned by the town of Marshville and is within walking distance of the Marshville park and ballfields. Home appears to be structurally sound but will probably have to be taken down to the studs. The water and electricity is turned off to the home and will no be turned on. There is standing water in the basement. I would highly recommend to see during the daytime and bring your own lights. Property being sold as is. Seller will make no repairs
