Listing details for 5325 Lansing Dr, Charlotte, NC 28270 : Traditional on the outside, but with some midcentury modern flair on the inside! Traditional ranch floor plan with beautifully renovated kitchen. Original real wood paneling in family room with brick fireplace and built in desk. Kitchen is open with counter seating, gas range, wall oven and convection microwave. I love the windows overlooking the driveway and the side entrance that feels like it will always be used by friends and family to say hello! The laundry room is really big - could accommodate mudroom lockers or additional cabinet storage! There is a powder room off the laundry - close to the back door so it flows perfectly. There is an attached storage room on back of the home - laundry could be expanded even more if you take over that space. Attached 2-car carport with large storage room that could be used as a workshop. Covered back porch enclosed as sunroom overlooking deck and back yard. Windows replaced. Lansdowne elem is scheduled to be rebuilt with new buildings!
