524 Catawba Cir N Matthews, NC 28104

Listing details for 524 Catawba Cir N, Matthews, NC 28104 : It's been a while since my clients and I first came to this home. I remember years ago how this area felt like it was "out there".....Nothing can be further from the truth now. It's amazing that when you get into this neighborhood, it feels like you are out in the Country...you immediately go just outside it and BOOM...so much is just right there. This ranch home offers so much....spacious yard, Nice looking updated rooms...a great flow and BRIGHT. The deck at night when your sitting out back taking a sip of something makes you feel like there is no one around. Oh, and the front porch...you don't watch the cars go by, you rock in a rocking chair and think about how your super happy your not living in the hustle of life when you get home. That's what my clients fell in love with about this house. It's a really nice home with an amazing layout, lot and yard. Convenient....Easy Livin...will you be ordering a set of rockers for this one?
