3560 Artists Way #1 Charlotte, NC 28205

Listing details for 3560 Artists Way #1, Charlotte, NC 28205 : Here's your chance to live in one of the coolest and most unique preservation projects in Charlotte! This mid-century industrial building is one of a handful in Charlotte built with the distinctive "bowtruss" design characterized by a semi-circular roof supported by a web of exposed wooden beams. These gorgeous, original 20 ft ceilings form a dramatic background for the modern finishes like downstairs concrete floors, and a retractable glass wall that opens to the front patio. Downstairs bedroom would also function as a great office, while the owner's bedroom is tucked upstairs behind a spacious loft. Nestled in the middle of the hopping NoDa Arts District, you're just a stone's throw to music venues, numerous restaurants, watering holes, shops and the Light Rail Station! HOA dues cover internet, cable, water, trash, HVAC quarterly maintenance, landscaping and shared gas grill & fire pit area. N. Charlotte Park is nearby for fun group activites or puppy play area! Fridge & W/D stay.
