3508 Clardy Ct Charlotte, NC 28205

Listing details for 3508 Clardy Ct, Charlotte, NC 28205 : We’re thrilled to present this gorgeous, fully renovated, Mid-Century Modern beauty to the market. Our approach was to stay true to her original character and create a masterpiece that will leave guests swooning. She is swanky, modern with clean, crisp lines. Custom built kitchen cabinetry with soft close features, adorned the SW Icelandic. Original, inch and a quarter oak was still in great shape, so we feathered in some new with the old and refinished her in her natural coloring as a compliment to her SW Snowbound wall covering. Converted from a one bath to two full baths, both feature custom cabinetry with Delta fixtures and designer ceramic tile. From her new architectural roof to new mud room now part of HLA to her mechanics, electrical and plumbing, she has truly morphed into one spectacular butterfly. Be sure to take a drive to hip NODA and Plaza-Midwood for some fabulous eateries, entertainment and Kilborne Park for exercise & fun!
