314 N Highland St Gastonia, NC 28052

Listing details for 314 N Highland St, Gastonia, NC 28052 : This large historic home is loaded with charm, even has the original glass door knobs! Located right behind the new Fuse district & can either be Commercial or Residential (or both). It was originally a 5 bed home with 3 beds up but the walls were opened up to give a larger space upstairs for commercial purposes but this could easily be changed back. Presently just one bedroom with a door up there. We have a quote in hand to add the walls, paint the entire house, buff all the hardwoods throughout the home & add a shower to the upstairs half bath if you want to make this your home. The seller also owns the playground in the fenced area behind the house but allows the Head Start Charter school (4 year olds) to use this as their playground. The school maintains the area and hold the insurance as well. Ideally he would like to keep allowing them to do so. Lovely homes in the area being updated. HVAC is in great shape, new furnace just added upstairs (sellers owns an HVAC company).
