Listing details for 2912 Tilbury Trl, Matthews, NC 28105 : Matthews ranch with great bones and an open floor plan looking for a new owner to personalize the home and make it their own. Home is priced for condition. There is a flex room noted as the den (19x 12) in MLS that has the potential to be a large home office, a rec room or a 4th bedroom - you would need to close in the open wall for privacy and add a closet to be a bedroom but there is plenty of space. Please excuse the personal items in the home, this is an inherited home and the owner's are in the process of cleaning it out but wanted to go ahead and put it on the market. Owner's will add a fence between the neighboring property on the left after closing. Refrigerators in Kitchen and garage, washer and dryer to remain. Walking distance to Squirrel Lake Park and everything that Matthews has to offer. Cul de Sac location.
