Listing details for 2638 Barr Rd, Concord, NC 28027 : Who will be the 2nd owner of The Cabarrus Beagle Club? Since 1959 men have had meetings, ran Beagles and ate great meals here. One acre of land, concrete block building with a spacious meeting room, full kitchen and a men and women's rest room, one is out of order. Has electricity, well water and a septic that may need attention. Tax records show the best use as rural residential, although it could remain a club. There are out buildings that need work or may be torn down. Beautiful wooded lot in a great location. Please note, this will need a lot of work to become home for someone or a great rental, however, tons of potential. You could even build in front and have this as a club house or work shop. Oh, the possibilities!
