Listing details for 2525 Chestnut Ln, Matthews, NC 28104 : For the owner who wants a peaceful oasis, a stones-throw from all the conveniences of the surrounding area. The five-acre property is tucked in the middle of hardwood trees with a spring fed stream and surrounded on all side by wooded adjoining lots. It is a rare estate or investment opportunity with the advantage of Weddington schools and Union County taxes. A small part of the property is cleared and ready for a garden or chickens (or a second home). From the dock, fish in a stocked pond or launch a canoe. Watch for the owl that frequents his favorite oak tree. There is an existing in ground pool, guest house, two sheds and 2180 square foot home with three bedrooms all being sold as is.
