Listing details for 2401 Booker Ave, Charlotte, NC 28216 : Highest & best due by end of day Monday 8/2. Craftsman style brick bungalow/ranch/basement home on nice lot near uptown Charlotte! Excellent location, w/proximity to Uptown Charlotte, North End, Optimist Hall, Music Factory, and Noda. A few blocks from new Trolly station! Major potential with this property because of the location, lot, and square footage, but it does need a significant amount of work due to a fire in the back of the house and attic and fire and smoke damage. Large tall attic that can be used to expand the heated square footage of house or as loft space with proper permits/approval. Possible city view with right improvements. Great project for the right builder or GC. Roof was replaced in 2018 but needs significant roof repairs/replacement. Hardwood floors and newer windows in several of the rooms. Plumbing is functioning. Electric is off. New water heater installed in 2019. HVAC unit was working prior to power being off. Plumbing is functioning. Agent owner.
