1900 Shoshone Ct Charlotte, NC 28214

Listing details for 1900 Shoshone Ct, Charlotte, NC 28214 : A jewel in the rough! What a remarkable little home on a huge lot! Quaint kitchen and family room with fireplace (not sure the last time it ever was used), sliding doors to the patio. As you walk into the front door, huge picture window in the sunny and bright formal dining room. Up a few stairs, 3 bedrooms. Hall bath and even a 2nd small bath in the master bedroom. This home does need some work, yet has so much potential with a wonderful yard. The culdesac location is nice for less traffic and convenient location to almost any where you need to be in Charlotte and surrounding small cities or even if need to be close to the airport. Would love to mention an old 20x40 pool in great need of love and work, it does have trees growing out of the bottom now. Come make this your beautiful and welcoming home. To be sold as is.
