1639 Anderson St Charlotte, NC 28205

Listing details for 1639 Anderson St, Charlotte, NC 28205 : Welcome home to this unique farmhouse chic house with an added bonus of a tiny house in the backyard! This home is loaded with charm and character, with updates like a brand new roof & gutters w/ leaf protection, new windows, new water heater & exterior painted white! Hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen has butcher block countertops and a farmhouse sink! Shiplap accents throughout & extra storage in the built-in's in the dining area. Endless possibilities for the tiny house that is 10x17 and cute as a button! It has a small living area, kitchenette, full bath and a sleeping loft. My sellers used it for a teen suite, but it would be a great place for guests to stay, or earn some cash by doing an Airbnb! There's an additional shed for a workshop or storage. Relax with friends in the fully fenced backyard & hang out under the gazebo on the huge paver patio. The sellers are building a home and hoping that a buyer would be amenable to an April/May close date with a 30 day rent-back.
