Listing details for 1106 Allman Extension, Mount Pleasant, NC 28124 : Look no further for your large wooded building lot in the heart of Mt. Pleasant. Bring your builder and get started today. This 1.2 acre property is made up of three evenly divided parcels that give you 300' of road frontage. This parcel was soil tested by Larry Thompson with Thompson Environmental Consultants(TEC). Based upon TEC’s soil and site evaluation, the combined lots have the potential to support the installation of a pre-treated drip dispersal system. Approximately 7,000 to 8,500 square feet of suitable soil would typically need to be allocated and completely available for a subsurface drip dispersal system serving a 4-bedroom residence. The findings of TEC's work can be found in the report in listing attachments. Per the town of Mt. Pleasant this property also has access to county water. Garrow Utilities needs to be contacted because the work is more involved then just adding a tap. Seller is also trying to obtain a boundary survey due to a potential encroachment.
