Listing details for 103 Meadow Ave NE, Concord, NC 28025 : Ready for your redo! This little gem is surely a diamond in the rough! This is a darling 1920s house with two bedrooms and one bath. There is one other room with a closet that was a bedroom many decades ago and is now being used as an office. There is a lot of old charm in the details, which also presents a few areas that need some extra love and attention. Please note— the seller is packing to move, therefore you’ll see lots of boxes. We know your buyers will understand this transition time! Seller can negotiate closing date but is not negotiating any repairs. Owner and his fiancé are currently living here. Shutters and cabinetry in the kitchen reflects fine craftsmanship you don’t see anymore, as it was made by his grandfather. Call or text with questions. We are looking forward to working with you!
