103 Gregory St Lancaster, SC 29720

Listing details for 103 Gregory St, Lancaster, SC 29720 : It's a great little house near downtown Lancaster. This is a perfect opportunity for a first-time home buyer or rental investment. Newly updated floors and appliances. It has some obvious foundation issues as seen by sloping floors. Please note, that some of the ceiling heights in the bedroom may be less than 7 feet. There appears to be room to raise the ceiling height, but that would need to be confirmed by the buyer. ARV on the house is around $150,000, so there is plenty of room to make some $ either on a flip or for a rental. The roof was replaced about 2-3 years ago. HVAC was working as of the last tenant. Rent in the area could be around $1100/month after fixed up. Lots of rental activity in the area. The home is surrounded by new construction builds.
